- • To consistently comply for more than 90% on NQAS check lists for one year. We keep 90% because there are some structural deficits which cannot be overcome.
- • To audit 100% of death cases.
- • To score more than 95% on exit interviews of discharged patients’ satisfaction level.
- • To Keep DAMA level less than 2%.
- • To attain 0 HAI.
- • To score more than 95% on cleanliness checklists at all points each month.
- • To maintain 0 problem in prescription audit.
- • To write protocols for all common conditions.
- • To keep waiting time at general OPD, case issuing counter and dispensary less than 15 minutes during peak hours.
- • To keep response time less than 10 minutes by duty MO in emergency.
- • To keep response time by experts to less the 1 hour in emergency.
- • To avoid stock out for drugs.
